DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
SERVICE
If you have fewer than 5 knives, or if dropping off your tools and picking them up at your convenience is a better option for you, feel free to use the locker system on my front porch in Normal Heights:

Lockers are open 24/7, allowing for convenient drop-off and pick-up at your leisure!
Instructions
1. Pick any available locker.
2. Fill out the customer slip inside and follow all instructions.
3. Take the key to your locker with you so that you can unlock at pick-up.
4. Wait for a text telling you your tools are ready.
please note: turnaround for drop-off/pick-up is generally 12-36 hours.

For scissors, the best and safest way to ship them is to put them in their cases and fill the box with padding so there's minimal movement.
For other tools, I recommend wrapping them in a protective layer (like a towel) and filling the box with padding so there's minimal movement.
Pricing for Mail-In is the same as my regular services, +$10 for shipping.
Once I receive your tools, I sharpen them the same day and mail them back first thing the next morning so you get your equipment back as soon as possible.
